Hey,
I am from India and am planning to order a Maple.
I want to ask if LeafLabs gives any warranty of the product?
And suppose the device develops some fault en route to India, whom should I contact to get it replaced or fixed?
Thank you.

We thoroughly test each board before shipment, and have not had any problems since the upgrade to Rev3. If you purchased Maple from us via leaflabs.com, then you would contact us for replacement. Our current policy is to replace the defective units and split the shipping costs. However, If you purchased your board from a distributor (http://leaflabs.com/distributors) then you should contact them about any returns or replacements. Most distributors have their own warranty agreements, and testing procedures.

Thanks for the reply.
One more doubt.... How long does it take to ship it to India? How long after placing the order, would I get it?Posted 5 years ago # -
international shipping is usually 6-10 days, we havnt had any complaints so far, so I cant say whether or not this statistic is "true," thats just what the USPS reports for our priority-flat-rate shipping type. In general, I would be concerned if it took more that 15 days. Alternatively, we have a distributor in your region, tennet electronics. Visit http://www.tenettech.com/

Hi Tarin,
Glad to see your interest in Buying a "Maple", you could contact with your sales inquiry at info@tenettech.com and further with respect to warranty, we provide a 2 months replacement warranty and this doesnot cover any physical damage to the boards !
Hope this info helps !
Feel free to post in any other queries you may have !
Cheers !

I just want to share my experiences with ordering the maple board. I ordered it from the leaflabs store and didn't regret it! (Yes, you get candy too in the package!)
I had some problems with shipping though as I'm in a small, undeveloped country (Bosnia&Herzegovina). But what surprised me was the amount of support I had from leaflabs. I went to the IRC channel and complained there that my package is not arriving and it's been two weeks. No one from leaflabs was there so I logged out. Later I got an email from leaflabs asking me if I asked for help on the IRC channel. Note that I didn't leave my e-mail, order number or anything else. They tracked me down and offered their support!
I got my package after almost three weeks, but hey, it's here now :)
