If you purchased Maple from us via leaflabs.com, then you would contact us for replacement. Our current policy is to replace the defective units and split the shipping costs. However, If you purchased your board from a distributor (<a href="http://leaflabs.com/distributors" rel="nofollow">http://leaflabs.com/distributors</a>) then you should contact them about any returns or replacements.
