I installed drivers and I make my first programs on an PC Vista.
But after reboot, I cannot communicate with the driver maple serial.
In the IDE, I have no access to the selection of the serial port COM.
I tried the installation on another PC XP but Windows does not propose me the installation of the driver maple serial.
Is it possible that the bootloader is damaged?
Is it possible to reload the bootloader of origin?

The two drivers were installed. I managed to send a program on the map and to test them.
But now, when I connect the Maple mini, I hear a first sound from the windows indicating that the Maple mini was detected. The LED flashes rapidly and then slowly. Then immediatly after a sound indicating that windows did not recognize the card.
When I pass perpetual bootloader mode, I see a line "LibUSB-Win32 Devices" with "Maple003" in the Windows device manager. The DFU driver is installed correctly.
When I try to reinstall the driver serial, windows does not offer me more to install.

Did you Maple work the very first time? If it did work first time, what do you think you might have done to damage the bootloader?
If you are able, try to load a program using a different version of Windows, or using Linux or Mac OS X. I am not a Windows Vista user, but several people have posted that they have problems with Vista.

Others do not allow.
