   Shouldn't there be a "pre-stable" IDE release of 0.0.9 in mid Oct.?

   Merriam-Webster: Stable(adj) not changing or fluctuating
   steady in purpose: firm in resolution

   Leaflabs is going to release a stable release 0.1.0?

   I didn't think there were any MIT riverboat gamblers on the St. Charles river until now? (A joke)

   Projected tasks scheduled for completion for stable IDE release of 0.1.0. ????

   #1. New and improved (on grid) printed circuit board Maple rev. 5.

   #2. Complete new rewrite of the IDE (in python) <--- this will be stable?

   #3. True resource(s) indication used on compile eg flash and ram used.

   #4. The new version to be released as 0.1.0; expect it to have ports for the last
   remaining unimplemented Arduino core language functionality.

   A. PulseIn, Tone, NoTone
   B. I2C re-write from soft I2C to hardware I2C DMA. <--- this will be stable?
   C. Serial ports (DMA)
   D. Interrupt completion

   #5. Minor bug fixes.

   #6. Possible hook addition for systick (from x893) for RTOS(s) MapleCoOS and MapleFreeRTOS

   Note: In release 0.0.7 - Libmaple support for enabling and disabling the SysTick timer
   via systick_disable() and systick_resume() in systick.h. If you are using a RTOS you
   should not use these commands?

   Any thoughts?

   I like the idea of prereleases instead of throwing the developers relese to the public.

   For example consider the time saved if everyone who wants a simple sketch to work posts to the forum because the lastest revision has a small bug.

   Regarding the systick - feel free to include systick.h and use it! Be aware that micros() is dependent on it, so you will loose micros if you disable systick().

   On Maple 0.1.0 - The python based IDE is surprisingly mature, were gearing up to release it. But not before doing a 0.0.9 with your features labelled A,B and C.

   In terms of D, are you referring to external interrupts? In that case, then D as well.

   The Python version, has MAJOR fixes to the way the output of GCC (and ld, od, ar, etc.) is parsed. So beyond just better reporting of actual binary sizes, a far more functional error identification in the IDE is expected (you may have noticed being shown the wrong line during error reporting).

   I am not sure exactly which hooks you would like on Systick(). Please do let us know other features on your minds.
