What batteires from mouser part numbers go well with maple and connectors?
I would like to charge the maples battery using the USB then swtich the jumper and is their then a 3v analog and digital supply for my projects? I ask because the FTDI2232h will be sending high speed USB data from my sensors whale the maple clocks the data out of the sensors to the USB.

We use this style battery:
http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=731I like these because they come with the 2 pin JST connector (that maple uses). Some batteries of this style have built in voltage cutoff circuits, which is great since maple doesnt have this. You DONT want to drop your lipo voltages too far below 3V, otherwise youll have to trickle charge them back up (which Maple does automatically) but it takes forever (days). You need not go with this exact model, if you need more amp hours or something, but the Maple charger is a single cell (3.7V) charger for LIPOs. Of course, any battery will do as long as its from 3.6ish - 12ish, if you dont use the onboard charger (pull the jumper off).
I have heard of people buying the above style of battery, with voltage cutoff circuits and the connected already attached vewry cheaply in bulk from ebay and other non-standard sources. We may carry lipos that work well with maple in the future.

Great I will get a pack of 2 of these I am surprised their is not a maple labled battery I like sparkfun there tutorials for pics when I was in college were very helpful.
I would have liked to have a parts list for the pieces if you do sell a maple battery system so then when I make a box etc I can source them myself lets say if someone wanted a couple thowsand.
It seems to me the cuttoff circuit would be like a 3.3v low voltage dropout regulator. But the other side of the coin is if you want your maple to work till it stops you get that much more without the circuitry and can charge one on another maple whale using the other if the discharging is not that fast.
