hello
"serial port ‘com9’already in use.try quit any prigrams that may be using it."
this is found in the serial monitor.How can I solve this problem?I can't use the serial monitor at all.And there is only one option
in the serial port item of com9...

unplug the usb cable, close the serial monitor and anything else that may be trying to use com9, plug the cable back in. repeat if necessarily.

are you sure COM9 is the port used by maple? One way to tell which COM windows is giving it is to put maple into perpetual bootloader mode ( http://leaflabs.com/docs/troubleshooting.html#perpetual-bootloader-mode ) then check the tools->serial port menu. Note what is listed. Then reset your board and let it exit the bootloader (takes a few seconds, the blinking pattern should stop or change). now check the tools->serial port menu. the new listing is Maple!
