I recently acquired a new Maple Mini (rev3). I had two minis prior, and I had no problem setting them up on my Windows 7 x64 machine-I was able to install and run programs just fine. When I connect this new Maple Mini to my system, it is not recognized at all, despite me putting it in perpetual bootloader mode (the LEDs flash in the appropriate manner though..not sure if that means anything). I switched USB cables...same result. I took it over to my Ubuntu 10.04 (64 bit) machine and tried to run lsusb to see if anything appeared...nothing. The device not appear at all. Any ideas?

Can you try reflashing the bootloader to the broken Maple Mini?

Hello crenn! Thank you for replying to my post. I have seen instructions on how to reflash the bootloader, but I have already managed to get an RMA from SparkFun for an exchange. I appreciate your help!
