Its Haloween pretty soon. I thought I'd start this thread just as a place to encourage people to make these things. We've all got the odd old adruino board or two just lying about doing nothing.
So lets see whats the recipe here? ....
Just need some cheap lights, a sensor (like a burgalar alarm PIR / night light sensor to detect when the kids are coming buy. And a scary noise to make + flash of thunder. Perhaps an audio sample of Ozzy Osbourne, echoing through a cavernous candle-lit pumpkin carcass. Yeah - that would scare them!
Or maybe you're one of these pie-in-the-sky types? Hovever copters meh! Can you makefFake bats fly convincingly in the dark? A little hanging mobile, a few dangling strings? what hey! Maybe a motor or little servo up top there huh? BOOM! They've disturbed the bats and you've tipped sweets on their head. The possibilities with the Maple (or whichever old spare Arduino) are endless.
Just 2 ideas to get the ball rolling. The possibilities are endless. I encourage others to share their ideas in time for Haloween. The more bone-headed and less sophisticated the better. C'me on - lets make those skeletons dance people!
