I'm looking for an Eagle library file that includes only the pin-headers matching the Maple r5 board. I've tried to make my own from the schematic files but it's always misaligned. Any help or guidance will be REALLY APPRECIATED.

MemberGo to https://github.com/leaflabs/maple and download the zip that contains all of the Eagle files. Next, open the Maple r5 .brd files.
When, you have the .brd in view, remove all components except for the pin headers. When you are done you will have the board shape and pin headers left behind in the correct locations.
