I believe an LED is connected to it. Can I still use it as a digital input? I have a 10K resistor in front of the pin, so I doubt the LED will be a problem, but I am not sure. I will test it, but I'd also like to hear the technical details.
Pin 13

It's fine to use pin 13 as an input, just be aware that the device source for pin 13 will need to be able to drive the current for the LED as it will light up when the incoming signal is high.

I am using pin 13 for a kill switch... As long as the pin reads high when the switch is closed, I am not terribly concerned with much else. The switch actually takes the 3.3V Vcc the Maple sources and puts it through a toggle switch (with a missile cover nonetheless) and a 10k resistor. If there is insufficient current for the LED, will it still provide a source to ground? If so, I can reroute my kill switch to a better pin. Thanks!

The pin 13 LED and resistor is in parallel with the header pin, so the LED doesn't effect the use of your switch and resistor.
