I want to use the Maple IDE in Windows 8 64bit. now I already followed the threads with suggestions. And I managed to get the libusb working. But the COM (Legacy added) is not working. And also the process as.exe is crashing.
Wat can be done to get Maple IDE working on Windows 8 Pro. I rather not want to install a different OS just because off this IDE....

I tried maple under win8-64bit.
The driver seems to be installed, but it does not work at all.
Under Linux Mint 14, things become easier.
Unfortunately win8 is so annoying.
If there is another OS in the PC, win8 would not start.
So I have to install Linux mint on a removable USB hard disk.
