program runs before the "Resetting USB to switch back to runtime mode" then goes into bootloader mode when that reset executes. The program does not run on hardware reset.
For the short time that it executes it, the program, an LED blinker, runs roughly 8 times faster than programmed to.
Board is an RET6, and I'll swear it worked trouble-free when I bought it when they first came out, but I used winXP and maple 0.11 at that time and now am using ubuntu 12.04.
I'll be hunting down my ftdi serial board (to reflash the bootloader) while awaiting the community's magnanimous help :)
