to download the source files for the maple mini it tries to save them as .txt I know their .sch or .brd so should I save them as all files so their is no extention then rename them to having the extention?
Will they have a schematic pdf of these and what about mouser and digikey parts lists?
Tab seperated parts lists work nice there easly read in txtpad or open office calc.

I'm assuming you're referring to the maple repository on github. Please see the previous thread on this issue:

Rather than trying to download files individually off of github, why don't you just download the entire repository, either using git or by clicking the Download button?
Schematic PDFs etc. are a good idea.
