When I build a project, I can download the fireware to board by Maple IDE. But consider of safety, I need download the bin file by other tool(like J-link or other tool), but I failed.
Can anyone know how to download the bin file to the board?

Why can't you use the Maple IDE?
It all depends on what interface and software you use. If you are using J-Link (or anything else) with openocd, the openocd command would be:
flash write_image erase my.cpp.bin 0x5000 bin
You can also use dfu-util independent of the Maple IDE:
dfu-util -a 1 -D my.cpp.bin
You can use stm32flash or stm32loader.py to reprogram the USB bootloader
over a serial line, as explained in the docs.

but failed...
