Cannot Run Program ... java.io.IOException: Error=13; Permission Denied

Hi,
installed 0.0.9 on Ubuntu 10.10. Applied udev rules, restarted, Whenever I am trying to compile, or upload, IDE says:

Cannot Run Program ".../arm-none-eabi-gcc": java.io.IOException: Error=13; Permission Denied

Tried running IDE with root, no help

any idea??

What is the output of ls -l on the path it gives to arm-none-eabi-gcc?

It was not executable, I made chmod +x to all those files is /hardware/tools/arm/bin it gave then some other error, I'll get back to that laptop and will repeat that and write an error

ok. fyi, we've made some mistakes with our 64-bit linux releases in the past, just in case that's your platform.

the platform is 32bit

so making the arm-gcc bins executable fixed the issue?
