Can you Moderate Initial Post?

We have some spam.
Can you switch memberships to block initial post until it has been moderated?

Were working on how best reduce the spam. Post by post moderation is certainly an option, as is modified captcha, ip tracking, etc.

I was just thinking of moderating the first post of a new member.
Also, strip all outbound URLs.
That seems to be some discouragement for spam.

Of course you could go overboard and ask questions like what is the binary encoding of the Cortex-M3 instruction ... :-)

were just going to go with moderation. Unfortunately that isnt baked into our forum engine by default, so we have a bit of work to do there.
