Hi,

I need to buy a JTAG programmer. Anyone know if the high speed USB ARM-USB-OCD-H programmer works?

Works to do what what, with what?

I'd recommend you look at ST Micros STLINK/V2 and https://github.com/texane/stlink if you are looking for JTAG-SWD, gdb support and upload.

Or get a Segger J-Link EDU if you are a student - it's not open but an amazing piece of hardware.
