   Hi All,
   Just FYI... there's a new STM32F429 EvoPrimer development board available now.

   The demo application features what ST call the Chrom-ART Graphics Accelerator a DMA2D implementation for accelerated graphics handling. It facilitates bitmap encoding/decoding, management of multiple objects on the display, layering of objects and blending to include management of transparency.

   They've just announced a contest for the STM32F429 for anyone who might be interested.

   There are $10 000 in cash to win.

   Applications have to use the DMA2D peripheral.

   KEOLABS, supplier of the Raisonance brand application development tools, announced the winners of the STM32 Chrom-ART™ Application Design Contest – an open competition created in cooperation with STMicroelectronics for application designers using the STM32F429 microcontroller with Chrom-ART Graphics Accelerator™. This year's $5000 Grand Prize went to SmartOpen4, a smart phone companion application that, like a smart watch, provides notifications and status updates about the smart phone that it connects to via Bluetooth. Second prize ($3000) and Third prize ($1000) went to ZP Video Player and the game RoboWarz respectively.
