The Oculus Rift Tracker V2 board apparently has an STM32F103C8 chip:

My dev kit is somewhere in the shipping pipeline... I wonder if those 8 through-hole pins are JTAG?

The 10-pin pad looks like a Cortex Debug Connector (10-pin), see http://infocenter.arm.com/help/topic/com.arm.doc.faqs/attached/13634/cortex_debug_connectors.pdf
