Probably a long shot, but does anyone know where the sources are for the Maple mini bootloader
I know the "Maple" bootloader is in github in the leaflabs/maple-bootloader repo
However as far as I can tell this is only the bootloader for the Maple, because when I compared the GPIO pins used for DISC etc in the schematics, the GPIO port and pins specified in the maple-bootloader is almost certainly for the Maple

Yes, the mini sources are also in that repo, but in the mini-boot branch whereas the master branch is for the classic Maple r3/r5. Not the most clever use of branches in my opinion, especially since the branches haven't been maintained in sync.
In one of my long-standing pull requests I have made it easier to support different platforms (pinouts) in the same code base, and added maple mini support:
