Input Pullup resistor value?

Hey guys, did a search and only really got one result which didn't answer my question unfortunately!

For arduinos, its stated that the input pullup resistor is about 20k, what is this value for the maple?

Only reason I want to know is so I can avoid using schmitt triggers and just have a switch and cap on the input (terrible way of destroying switch bounce I know but it works for my application as I have a window of about 50ms to destroy the bounce).
