It uses a Maple Mini, the WIZ820io ethernet module, a couple of hall effect sensors and some analog multiplexers to build an expressive polyphonic music controller in two continuous dimensions.
It's the first fully working prototype, using only 24 spaced sensors. The final device will have them narrower spaced and 144 of them and everything boxed in a nice case ;-
