ST announced cortex m4 (floating point math hardware) ST 32 F3s. Smaller cheaper than the F4s. Some have 16 bit a/ds. STl32F30x and STL32F37x if you want to go look at the details.

More details at http://www.st.com/internet/com/press_release/p3304.jsp
Parts are listed at http://www.st.com/internet/mcu/subclass/1605.jsp
The only 'active' parts are LQFP100's.
If you look at a specific part, there are datasheets, e.g.
STM32F372xx STM32F373xx
STM32F302xx STM32F303xxBut here is no peripherals manual :-(
I assume it is not the STM32F4 peripheral manual, because of the 16-ADCs, Touch controller, comparators and operational amplifiers.Posted 3 years ago # -
ST are saying mid-September for general customers (i.e. me).

Wow, that's exciting. I love the 16-bit ADCs. They can be configured to measure differential signals and have built-in programmable analog gain from x0.5 to x32. The datasheet says the opamps can be connected to the DAC outputs.
