I've created a github repository for useful libraries https://github.com/siy/openstm32library
At present it is empty, but I plan to add some my libs once I'll cleanup them a bit.
Everyone is welcome to submit their own code via usual github mechanism - clone repo, add your own code and then submit pull request via github.
