I can't find my board in my device manager, could anyone told me why?

I ever installed it on my Win7 but now I can't find it on my device manger and when I am uploading program, it can't find DFU device.
Does anyone ever met such problem? Could you please tell me how to fix it?

try putting the board in perpetual bootloader mode, and see if it comes up then. http://leaflabs.com/docs/troubleshooting.html#perpetual-bootloader-mode

I have fixed it. It is something wrong with the cable. I am sorry for such stupid question.
