any news on the maple mini? the tool I am trying to build would work nice well with it.
The samples and calculating might take more ram than the normal maple has and the 64K one on the wikis mini plug in replacement could be useful.

Hello,
I don't know where you read that but the soon to be release MapleMini will have 20Kb of RAM and 128Kb Flash.
Same as the current Maple.Posted 4 years ago # -
Well in the projects airea you can click on above here there is a wiki and I know people talk but this is where I seen it.

Maple mini HD has 64K of ram. I know this might have been talk but I made a herarchal maple like board in kicad as a open design the herarchal design allows it to be poped into other schematics with the parts list etc fallowing.
Also my linear discriminent analisis code for the NCP open source prosthetics project uses lots of statistics and ram. also the more ram in this case the less maloc ing in c and the faster things may work.

I was just proposing a Maple Mini HD, but have not done much work on it. This is not an official Leaf Labs product, as I do not work for Leaf Labs. I am sorry for the confusion.
I will probably make a version of this pretty soon - a Mini with a high-density part instead of a medium-density part. I'll let you know the results.
You can't simply replace the STM32 chip on an actual Mini board with an HD part, because the HD parts have more pins. So you have to design a new version.

I'm also very interested in getting a Maple Mini. The 20/128k would be fine for me for now.
I would also like to get it with out the headers soldered in so that I could decide at a later time on weather to use female or male headers.

I have kicad files for something like the mini designed using open source hardware and if the IDE could compile for it great.

I moved the page to a new title to avoid confusion:

Josh,
Yeah, but I can't tell which files have the Maple Mini clone, since many of them are in zip files.
Is it the dr-brog.zip? If not, will you point me at the right one?
