Greetings all,
I just received a Maple Mini (R2), and have installed the IDE (0.0.11) on a WinXP machine, no errors or other notable departures from the QuickStart doc. Both the DFU and serial driver installations seemed to follow the QuickStart info for WinXP. I've tried setting the board type to both "Mini Rev 2 to Flash" and also "Mini Rev 2 to Ram."
However, The nominal (DFU-based) bootloader isn't working, for either of those two settings. The error I get is

I can get a new sketch downloaded *only* by using perpetual bootloader mode. That's better than nothing, but it's not nearly as easy as I'd like downloading a sketch to be, and it tricky to hit the timing needed, with those tiny buttons.
Can anybody reading suggest how to get the normal (non-eternal-bootloader mode) bootload sequence to work? Or what diagnostic checks I ought to use to narrow down the issue to something more specific that I should change?
