hi, can anone please tell me how to install and run ide maple on win 7 64 bit

I'd recommend you don't use the old Maple IDE. Its very old, its using the Arduino API from prior to V1.0
You'd be better off using the latest Arduino IDE 1.6.3 at the moment, and using my repo hardware files
