Most apps also seem to spew out a stream of warnings and errors in log output. Quite a lot of .*blog No idea about "Vanilla 2". I'd put good markup ahead of good looking. Aside from spam, the current forum software (bbpress) has lots of bugs (eg, count of forum topics is negative (lulz) and there are a river of PHP deprecation warnings in our log files). I haven't found a non-PHP forum package that looks good (I have a personal vendetta against PHP), but i'm looking at migrating the forum software to Vanilla 2. Anybody have experience with that package?
