I'm reading time deltas from a pin using a timer, and currently storing them to memory in an array, which is a touch too small.. given the smallest delta can be around 4us, I was wondering if I could use DMA to push a grabbed buffer load of deltas to an SPI FRAM, I think it'd have to be DMA, to free up the cpu to get on with the next delta.
There are a few examples from arduino land for how to talk to an spi fram chip, and a few on using DMA on the maple to push to an sdcard, I guess I could even consider an edge triggered interrupt to initiate DMA to write a single byte out to the spi, but I'm not sure if it's possible to have DMA take care of it ..
Anyone know a little more ??
