I just setup GitHub repo for the STM32F4 projects:

STM32-H407 board and schematic is what we run as prototypes now

the STM32-E407 is the preliminary schematic which is to be completed this week

Which Eagle Version you're using?
I can open the STM32-H407 schematic with my eagle V5, but not the board :(

I do not have any problems opening the board files with the 6.x series.

Well, after a second download it works with my eagle V5 too.
Will make better tests next time before posting :)
