THen they can fold in wiki documentaion and remove wiki info that is then redundant.</p> <p>I think with the wiki for new things in a more structured way than a forum it improves the quality of documentation. But I chose zen cart as a webshop because they didn't just have a foum or wiki. It shows developers stand behind their product and information and documentation guide design.
