Implement &#34;BUT&#34; and put the chip in permanent upload mode.&#60;br /&#62;
[as a noob myself I can't resist adding] Read the posting guidelines.&#60;br /&#62;
Report back with your IDE installation details.&#60;br /&#62;
Also check the documentation about how the USB deal works.&#60;br /&#62;
Its two devices to the computer which switch back and forth which Windows chokes on.

&#60;p&#62;I recently put together a custom board for a project that includes the RET6 chip. I successfully loaded the bootloader but I am getting an error once I try to upload code to the micro. That is what i get in the console of the IDE:&#60;/p&#62;
