Low passing a pwm channel is great solution for almost everything, since you can run the PWM REALLY fast...up to MHZ if youre willing to eat the resolution. If memory serves, you can run 44KHz PWM with 10 bits of resolution, which is OK for audio.</p> <p>Maple native will ALMOST certainly use a larger stm32, with 2 DAC channels. You would have to use an external converter, either a DAC chip or an R2R network.
