The dfu-util included in the linux 64bit distribution of maple-ide was actually 32bit, and Debian x64 by default installs the 64bit libusb libraries. dfu-util therefore throws an error when it tries to load the shared library.</p> <p>I copied my 64bit dfu-util from /usr/bin and now it works. </p>
