Of course there's no insurance for that price, but I've had quite a few things from them &amp; not lost any yet. </p> <p>Have also been hit with the customs charge for USPS shipping more often than not. It is usually fairly prompt but customs hangups can be a problem no matter the shipping service. We don't have any UK distributors but we have two in Germany and one in Sweden; you may find ordering from one of them works better for you in the future. I though I had got myself a bargain. But things went wrong. it took 3 weeks before I go a leaflet though the door saying Customs had detained my 2 x Maple Mini's and the the royal mail wanted £14.19 before I could get the parcel. Ok so I am now paying $50 for the boards $14 for postage £6.19 for vat and then £8 for the royal mail handling fee. Not so cheap but ok for what I was getting. Then how sad I was when I opened the pacel to find only one maple mini. Where was the other one? Was it not packed? So I have ended up paying $86.80 for one maple mini and two sweets. not to happy. Please find a better way to send things to the UK and when someone order two, don't send then just one :( </p>
