@bigplik - when you wrote "Hi, I need a help to program STM32 by ST-Link,
I can do it presently by usb both by arduinoIDE and mapleIDE,"

I assume you mean that you can program a Maple which has a USB bootloader.
Or do you mean that you have found a way to use the ST-Link within the ArduinoIDE? In that case, I don't understand the question.

Which Operating System are you using? There are programs from ST Micro which drive the ST-Link, but last time I loked, they are only available for MS Windows.

There are a couple of Open Source programs available. I have used https://github.com/texane/stlink with some success.
However, ST Micro's ST-Link program has documentation, which might be helpful.

Also, most of the ST Micro STM32s have a built-in bootloader. So it isn't essential to use an ST-Link.
STM32F1 have a bootloader which works over a Serial port. I have loaded my STM32F1's using only a USB to serial cable (e.g. FTDI USB to serial chip).
IIRC STM32F2, STM32F3 and STM32F4 have built-in bootloaders which can load over USB.

So which chip family are you tryng to use.

but if want to program single STM32 chip on custom board
don't know how to set it

is any tutorial about that or eg.?
